Invitation to Exhibit

We are delighted to invite companies and organizations to participate in the National Security Technology Conference 2010, to be held at the Hotel Encanto of Las Cruces on March 2-4th.

As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to personally present your products and services to individuals and organizations with interests in the security technology arena. Organizations from private industries, educational institutions, and federal agencies (including Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, National Guard, Department of Energy (DOE)/Waste Isolation Pilot Plant, Louisiana Energy Systems, DOE Environmental Management) will be represented at the conference. Exhibits will be located conveniently for maximum exposure to all conference attendees.

Exhibit Hours

The National Security Technology Conference 2010 exhibits will be displayed throughout the entire event. Attendees will have opportunity to browse exhibits during intermissions and breaks. Exhibitors will be allowed to set up before the March 2 reception Tuesday evening, beginning at 1:00 PM, and may showcase exhibits until 4:00 PM Thursday . If exhibitor requires help in setting up exhibit, help will be provided. Notification of special needs should be requested and approved prior to February 16.

Shipping and Storage

Exhibitors who may need to ship materials can make arrangements with Hotel Encanto. Limited space is available. Exhibitors who are shipping materials should arrange for delivery no earlier than March 1. If there is no longer space available at time of the request, exhibitors may make arrangements with a storage facility.

Exhibitor Privileges

Exhibitor space includes the following:

  • 8' X 10' booth space area
  • One (1) 6' table with linen cover and 2 chairs
  • Descriptive listing in the Conference 2010 Program Guide
  • Electrical power & wireless hookup

Security

Exhibitors will be responsible for the security of their own booths. Please do not leave equipment or irreplaceable items unattended, including overnight. Exhibitors are advised to carry special insurance to cover exhibit materials against damage and loss.

Rental Charges and Space Reservations

Display space will cost $500.00 per 8' X 10' booth (this includes admission into the general sessions). Display space will be reserved on an availability basis, based on receipt of the Exhibitor Registration Form online or via email. Please remit total payment by credit card or check with your Exhibitor Registration Form. To reserve space, complete the Exhibitor Registration Form online.

Confirmation

Registrations for exhibit space will be confirmed within one week of receipt of the Exhibitor Registration Form online or via mail. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the NSTI at (575) 646-2596, or email: nsti-admin@nmsu.edu
