Facilities
Incubator clients in the Resident Program will be housed in the Genesis Center, a 30,000 square feet multi-tenant building, until construction of the Arrowhead Business and Incubator Building is complete.
Available Space
Space is available as an office or laboratory in sizes ranging from 150 square feet to 2,000 square feet. Utilities and janitorial services are included in the rental price.
Conference Room & Lobby
The Genesis Center has a supporting office complex which includes a reception area and conference room that seats 12-16 people. Resident clients will have use of the conference room and may have some services provided by the reception area. A full-time resident manager is available to assist clients.
The Genesis Center is located at the northern edge of New Mexico State University's (NMSU) Arrowhead Business and Research Park. For information on facility space, please contact us.
