Visit Authorization Letter

Visit Authorization Letter (VAL)
Classified day (March 3), at the Physical Science Laboratory (PSL), is limited to U.S. citizens with appropriate clearances. Clearances must be final; Interims will not be accepted. All visitors to the NSTC Classified Session scheduled for March 3 2010, must send a visitor request containing the following information:

2. Social Security Number
3. Date of Birth
4. Place of Birth
5. Citizenship
6. Level of Clearance and Date
7. Dates of Visit: March 2 - 4, 2010
8. Place to be Visited: NSTC
9. Address For VAL

The following must be on your Visit Authorization Letter:

4. Visit Request must be faxed to (575-646-9516), or JPAS 1D9785.
5. Title and signature of Security Officer

The request should be sent on company letterhead or a standard form from your Security Office, and must be signed by your Security Officer. Need-to-know approval will be filled out the day of the classified sessions. All Visit Requests must be submitted by fax to the PSL Security Office (575-646-9516) on or before February 12, 2010 (VALs will not be accepted after February 12).

 * Electronic equipment (i.e., cell phones, pagers, memory sticks, etc.) WILL NOT be allowed at the Classified Session.  Cellular telephone lockers will be available at the facility for storing these items during the classified session.
